Thin walls, incredibly loud long term tenants cussing and yelling and playing loud music, dogs fighting in room next to us, drug addicts walking around property, curtains didn't fully cover window, poor door lock, no fan in shower, couldn't lean back on chair because flimsy. Uncomfortable bed. Office didn't open until 9am so couldn't get breakfast. Very expensive for what it was.
