Located in the heart of Manhattan, just minutes away from Madison Square Garden and with direct access to all the major attractions, I haven't used public transportation in 3 days. The staff were very accommodating and professional. There were large communal areas for breakfast and relaxation. The single room accommodation was pretty basic, but that’s to be expected with the rate you pay.

Super amazing and stylish apartment! Exactly like in the pictures, many wonderful details and fully stocked kitchen 😊😊 Valuable tips for the area were provided in a guide book and on a beautifully painted wall. The host Elizabeth is super friendly, available for any questions and very fast in responding. In addition, we were granted a late check out :)

The only thing I didn’t like about the property is the neighborhood adjacent to the Bronx. There are lots of run-down houses and we didn’t feel safe as pedestrians without a car. With taking an Uber to and from the Metro North or MTA Subway 2, we could overcome the situation. On weekdays, there is also a bus basically in front of the door which makes it much better but we were here on a weekend and this bus didn’t run. But the area is of course nothing that the host can change, so about the flat itself there really is not anything negative 😊

It was in Times Square so the location was absolutely perfect. Near Bryant park also which is a beautiful park. The view of the room ( which I paid for it) was very good. The staff was absolutely amazing.

The hotel deserve and need a big refresh. The price even if the location was good, was disproportional for the old room that we had.

The staff were super friendly and accomodating. We enjoyed the water bottles offered and ability to fill up the water and ice. That was super helpful.

Rooms are small for family of 4, size is good for two persons and options for breakfast could be better.
