We loved everything about our stay. Staff were exceptional, room had plenty of space, fire place was a fabulous addition, bed was comfy, shower was great. The bathroom floor was on a lean enough to feel it sitting on the toilet however it is a very old building. Breakfast was fantastic and the location was excellent.

Excellent location, just 3mins walk to the main shopping area with lots of fast food selection. Part of the Freedom trail is just right around the corner. 10images walk from South Station. Quite and safe financial area. Great for solo traveller / business traveller. Nice and friendly staff. Great service.

a bit mess occurs when I check in as my credit card just been locked due to security reason because the hotel charged $1 to check if the card is valid before I arrived (and the bank immediately locked my card coz it is a careless transaction). Take abit time to talk with the bank and fixed finally. TV continuously disconnect due to the network problem, fixed by staff. abit dated as a 4-stars hotel, some revamp / remodel would be nice.

Excellent !!! Everything was perfect. This is the reason I stayed longer ! I absolutely love this place and specially the salted pop corn at the bar 24/7 ahaha ! I will definitely go back there.

Kitchen with no enough equipment, no pan, no strainer, not enough table set for 4. Surprised to have an oven but nothing to cook. Please make an effort otherwise why to rent a place with a kitchen? An other subject the breakfast is very standard, and when arriving last jour no refill, so poor choice. And why everything is in plastic (table set, plate,...) you can do better with low cost for the planet.

The public washroom and toilets were disgusting, they obviously don't ever clean them. The toilet in the restaurant across the street was also blocked
