The treasure of the Hotel is definitely Angelique, she represents southern hospitality with charm and warmth. She is such a great communicator and facilitator. I felt welcomed and she could answer my questions with ease, kindness and tact. She would make a great Manager of any Team. I also enjoyed my room which is a step up in comfort, cleanliness and design from any other facility I have visited on my trip from Canada. Thank you, will definitely be back and will refer.

Breakfast shuts off too early. When lots of traveling, it would be nice to take more resting and unhurried time in the am, it would make for a better client's experience and a facility's signature. I would suggest until 10:30 or better 11:00.

The home is in an area very close to the University which made it a perfect spot for graduation. The backyard was nice and a great place to host family who were in town visiting. There were a few problems initially (the electronic door lock was not working and we could not turn a fan light off due to the remote not working), but the host was very responsive and answered our calls immediately to address our concerns.

The home itself was an older original Florida style home in an area that is not typically seen with Airbnbs or tourist housing and it was a little run down - so if you're looking for something fancy, you might be turned off by that. The interior of the home was a bit small as well (looked like it was originally a 2 bedroom and they added a bed and bath). However, that being said - the owners clearly tried to make the home comfortable for guests by adding a gaming system, a great outdoor area, updated fixtures and bathroom and the interior was very pleasant. Even though the gathering areas in the home were small the outdoor areas allowed for everyone to have a pleasant visit.

All staff members that I interact with from the check - in, to the bar, at the restaurant, acted very friendly and helpful.

I stayed a couple of nights. Find strange that there were no bottles of water at the room. I have stayed at other Embassy at the States, and chips and water has been offered as complementary. Also, my room was not cleaned, that was strange.

The bed was clean and comfy and the hotel is in a great location.

The rooms are very old and smelled musty and damp. The ‘pool view’ room meant that anyone outside could also see straight in my room so I had to keep the shutters closed. No coffee making facility in the room, however complimentary coffee in the pool area in the morning I had to pay a $150 security deposit for damages which I suppose is standard. Also $150 if I lose the key and $50 if I accidentally get locked out of my room. Big steel gate that is locked at night, you get a code for entry but made me feel a bit unsafe about the area. The pool seemed to have mould on the corners

Room 109 must be above the laundry room. From about 4 am all I could hear was the sound of water running through pipes and washing machines humming along. For the price, the room had some scruffy details - a badly painted red accent wall, a shower rail held up with caulk.

It really depends in which dome you stay. Some have very nice views, others do not at all. The fee’s are the same, so does not really feel oke. We had a great dome the first night. The second night we did not.

Had a personal item come up missing when we were out of our room. I do not want to think that someone would steal another persons property but it is not in my belongings. The item was left on the dresser by the television when we left that morning early afternoon and was gone when we returned that evening. We even had the sign on the door not to disturb and housekeeping came in and made the room up. The item was a pair of Oakley sunglasses blue and black with a scratch on one lens. It is not that the glasses were taken it is the fact that my personal belongings should have been safe in the room. I had an IPad in the room and other items but those would have been noticed if they came up missing. Sunglasses who would of thought?
