What a Gem of a place, it was absolutely perfect, we couldn’t ask for anything more, it was so clean and everything you needed, especially having the full kitchen to cook anything. We loved sitting on the veranda eating our cooked breakfast watching the action below on the street front. The wifi was great as well as the amenities of the pool & gym, also bbq area. Walking distance to beach/ shopping and buses at your doorstep, short walk to Hilton Lagoon, especially to watch fireworks on Friday nights. Staff were amazing and were so helpful. We loved this place so much, it will be our go to from now on, can’t wait to go back…

We were invited from new friends in the hotel section to the welcome parties they have at the hotel on certain nights but because we were booked in the ABnB part, we weren’t allowed , but all good, no worries.

Clean specious rooms. modern facilities (including a washing machine, dryer etc). very good customer support available on chat - quick to respond and help in stuff that we needed (extra blankets etc) Nice views from the room.

there was an issue with the AC while we were there - but the team helped us offering alternative rooms and together we managed to overcome the issue without it impacting our trip.

The Room was lovely with a magnificent view. Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was delicious. A car kindly took us to the Jitney stop Will definitely stay again.

The room was big enough and nicely furnished and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is also big enough.

very poor cleaning policy The room only gets cleaned every 3d day but nobody tells you this and it is written nowhere. If you want to have it cleaned every day, you have to ask for that. We had 2 issues with the cleaning staff. 1) The cleaning person threw away personal items of us which were lying on the sofa and went through our personal items, unpacking bags and throwing away the bags etc. Some things went missing and were not restored. After a lot of talks with always different staff (nobody seemed to be responsible), we got a refund for 1 night. 2) The next day, the cleaning person didn't clean the room, it was still dirty, but rearranged all our stuff: closing suitcases which were open, putting clothes from one side to another, going through my jewellery and putting make up into other bags and so on. Again, nobody seemed to care, the manager still has to get back to me about this. All this seemed normal for them.
