The receptionist treated me badly and made me pay for the room again because he told me that the booking application. It didn't work, I don't know which of the two stole me, whether it was bookin or the hotel receptionist making me pay for my room again. I hope they investigate and give me my money back. It was my worst experience in that hotel.

I need to check in early than my other friends and I asked the manager to keep the same room for me. And they managed that well. There are two family restaurant nearby which are very good.

Great location, and lovely looking hotel by the marina. Breakfast was ok but not amazing. Good for a nights stay

No coffee machine or kettle. Smoke alarm went off the whole morning because of the steam from our shower. It would not stop! Bed not as comfy as other hotels. Receptionist when checked in was a bit short with me after a long journey, could have been a nicer welcome.
