The large café/bar/work space on the first floor is great for anyone on a business trip wanting to do some work at the same time as escaping their room. Room has everything you could need, with a good adaptable layout. Breakfast voucher for the café next door was an unexpected bonus, only wish the opening hours were slightly earlier so I could have grabbed something before heading to an early meeting. Hotel provided a complimentary room upgrade

Needed to pay $50 to get an early check-in even if the room was already made Hotel is situated in a busy area of manhattan and you can hear street noise from your room so not the place for you if you are a light sleeper.

Good location close to the airport and close to many restaurants and some shops. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and pillows. I was allowed to check in earlier on the day of arrival.

The bathroom was not clean upon occupation and my room was not cleaned after my first nigh's stay.. Very ordinary breakfast.

We were given a complimentary upgrade and had a spacious, clean, comfortable room with a balcony giving a splendid view over Benjamin Franklin Parkway, encompassing numerous notable buildings.

There was no place to simply leave the car while dropping off bags so, arriving by car as strangers to the city, we had no clear option other than to use the rather expensive valet service.

Clean, comfortable, great room with real desk area. Nice lobby, some restaurants are at 5/10 min walk. Haven't heard the driveway that much despite being very close

Please lower the elevators buzzer. It's too high and uncomfortable n the morning when your room is near.

The location is extremely convenient, just at 5min drive from the park entrance. Staff is kind and attentive Room was clean and big. Plenty of parking space as well

The only minor thing was breakfast was not huge as offering was sort of limited for sweet. But no big issue.
