location was great walking distance of all we wanted to see, breakfast is basic but good quality with plenty of space to eat. we did us the pool once but the weather was still a bit chilly.

Very nice neighborhood, quality - price ratio for Miami was ok. We could keep the luggage in the main room after check-out which was a nice bonus.

It was quite old and not very clean with many decorative pieces but not enough space to put our stuff. The curtain rail was quite unstable and we had a feeling that it could fall at any moment.

very dirty, customer service not helpful at all – kept referring to the staff on site but there was no one there at night to help us out. Also, large double bed was advertised but the room only had a small double bed, not the main concern at all but still, not correct. Lastly, no convenient spot to unload luggage as the driveway in front only has one lowered sidewalk using it would just damage your car.

No real facilities. Hot tub was broken and no one fixed it. Also when working was full of small children. This is a health issue. No one keeping an eye on pool area at any time.

We weren't informed of the 3-4 flights of steep stairs up to appartment, appartment smelt awfully and was in a bad state of repair and decoration( nothing cosy or welcoming), beds were creaky and seemed unsafe we didn't stay and found alternative accommodation therefore losing 150 dollars. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
