Location was good for what I was doing on my trip. Liked not paying extra for WiFi. Housekeeping staff was outstanding. My room was clean and well cared for.

Front desk staff were exceptionally unhelpful. I was not told anything about WiFi or breakfast upon checking in and they were not particularly friendly at any time. The breakfast area was confusing. It was laid out like other hotel breakfast areas except there were never any plates or napkins out. And the dairy case was always locked. And I was charged for each item I took to eat. This all should have been easier to use and should have been included in my room rate as is done in other hotels of this value level.

Very nice very large lower level apartment. Lots of room. Nice decor. Excellent location on a quiet street very close to the main street.

The entrance from driveway on the side of the house feels not as nice as the apartment is. The bedroom was warmer than I would have liked upon my arrival but it wasn't possible to adjust AC to cooling mode. It just wouldn't start in cooling mode. Perhaps because it was still considered " early spring"? It was not ideal as the windows are super old and are painted shut so it was not possible to open them. If not for this, I would rate the apartment as 10 out of 10.

I had to wait for about an hour before being served at the check-in desk. Everyone in the line seemed visibly upset about the lengthy wait. The staff member, Jason, did not apologize for the delay; instead, he made me feel as though checking me in was a favor. It took him approximately 40 minutes to check in my family of four, whereas a few days earlier, the staff at the Venetian Hotel managed to check us in within about 10 minutes, at a similar time of day. Additionally, although I had paid for a room with a view of the strip, I did not receive one, and the other room, which was supposed to have two queen beds, only had one king bed instead.

The room was a bit smelly and we could smell the food from the other rooms. The breakfast room gets very crowded, we would have liked the option to have breakfast a bit earlier, like 7am instead of 8am
