We recently stayed at Zan View Hotel in a triple room and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great seating area on the balcony that added to the relaxing atmosphere. The standout feature of our stay was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and helpful service. A special mention goes to Frank, the General Manager, who was exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always checking in and providing help where needed. The restaurant was another highlight. The food was fresh, delicious, and the variety on the menu even catered to my daughter’s gluten and dairy allergies. We enjoyed every meal! Overall, Zan View Hotel provided a perfect combination of comfort, excellent service, and a personal touch. We highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

If anything can be improved it would be to add a bin to the room and railings on the steps to the beach.

Location was excellent. The food cooked by the chef Edip was really good. The staff at reception- Mambo & Team were really good. The owner & management were very friendly. Mocktails were really good. breakfast had a fair selection of food. coffee & masala tea was really good. Service staff - Sporah & Freda were wonderful.

More variety at breakfast. Bread was a bit dense and croissant could improve. A shuttle to Paje would be very useful. The bathroom needs some updating - some had mismatched tiles.

The breakfast was great! The place was very new, clean, safe, and quiet. It has 2 clean pools. It is cozy, welcoming and comfortable. The staff went beyond their expectation to meet my needs. They helped me connect with drivers and activities to do in Kindwa.

Drinking water was not provided, I had to ask for it at the bar. The bathroom lights didn't have switches. I couldn't find them.

We arranged a taxi to the airport but it was 40 minutes late. In addition, it was stated in the instructions that we could get a breakfast box at night but once I asked the reception it was not possible to get a breakfast box.
