The property is beyond excellent and scored all 10 ! The owner used only the best materials and appliances. Always there for us when we need them and make things easy for us. We forgot to tell them about our requirement for halal .. once they know they change the breakfast for us the next morning .. the tea ceremony is part of the deal . We tasted oolong and black tea from their own produce.. they changed our indoor slippers daily and we get to bring back home..the drinks on the room was also included .. the best part is the Japanese toilet ! Love them …

We like it very much !The property look exactly like the photo . Nice view , friendly staff , good breakfast and free welcome drink with local snack. The hotel Locate at the end of Jiufen old street , hence need to climb a lot stairs . Suggest to carry light luggage, otherwise you may leave your bag at hotel and travel around.

The breakfast was very good including hearty and sweet food. The furniture of the room is nice and it was very clean. The washing machines were free to use including washing powder. We could use our lucky land Taiwan vouchers.

The room included a hot tub and a nice shower. The breakfast was good. Location near Zuoying HSR station. There were three drinks in the fridge which we could have taken without any additional cost.

Unfortunately, the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The staff tried their best to remove the smell but it did not work. The check-in time is very late.

Breakfast is so so. Mostly in Chinese style. Available 6:30-9:30. We went there around 9 O'clock, so crowded.

I liked the comfort of the room and that there was a private hot springs bath tub!

There was some mold in the bathroom but it didn’t affect me too much. It would be good for the staff to clean in more detail the bathroom as it is what people are wanting to try, which is the hot springs water.
