Positive section of review
Location is good, and close to means of transportation (5 min to tram station, 10-12 to ferry). Room is clean and bed is confortable. Garden is nice, but we did not benefit much, as it was raining most days. Although the room definitely needs some improvements, there is nothing annoying - you have sufficinent room to move around, to leave your luggage, to hang your clothes, a table and chair, a place to hang your towels at the bathroom, small fridge etc. Host was nice - waited for us on arrival, helped with the luggage, gave us some recommendations. Big thumbs up for the borek and pide places nearby. The area is safe and nice.

The appartment definitely needs some improvements, at least a paintover. The bathroom is not in the best shape, as the fan is too weak. We had to leave both doors - from bathroom and from the garden-open after any shower for proper ventilation. I do not think this is worth 55 eur per night. We did appreciate the cleaneliness of the place however, which made it a good experience.

OMG!! Love the property overall. For our trip to cappadocia we really wanted to try a cave hotel & this was the best we could have asked for. The interiors of the hotel were do detailed & aesthetic. I have to give special shout out to Hasan and his friend for their hospitality, we had some good time chatting with them as well. Its a must-stay hotel when you are in cappadocia.

We loved the hotel. Just to be cautious, the hotel only offers breakfast. But dont worry there are beautiful restaurants at walking distance from the hotel. Also be cautious, this is not in Goreme, which is the city center. So, you might have issues finding local transportation.

Friendly and practical place. Small but cleverly designed, the restaurant is a pleasant and nicely furnished. Breakfast tasty, although repetitive offer if you're staying long. The staff is very welcoming, particularly the front desk, with the very helpful Soner and Ahmed.

Breakfast was very tasty, lots of choices, and the hot food was changing daily. Location was fantastic, for tourists visiting Istanbul for the first time it’s definitely a very handy location - just steps away from the old centre with all the shops and sights.

One thing to improve would be the coffee quality at the breakfast buffet - I prefer home made one, or a better coffee machine.

Love how close this hotel is to the Tophane Tramway, but be careful of the elevation of the road leading upto here, its very steep. Also love that Taksim square is 10mins walking distance & so many good cafes and restaurants at 5mins distance.

Location was very convenient and lively. T1 tram just opposite to hotel and lots of shops around it. Hospitality provided were above expectations, we loved our stay here. We will definitely come back and stay here.

Kova cave hotel has the best view in cappadocia, overlooking the mountains and the hot air balloon, breakfast is amazing as well.

My only slight negative was my room was on the main hall near reception , so general outside nolse from people walking past. Reception did say I could change if I wanted but it was also close to pool and dining area so I stayed in it.
