Excellent service. They assisted us with the balloon reservation, although ultimately we sorted it out on our own. Additionally, they coordinated transportation to the airport for us. The staff went above and beyond to give more than 100%. The rooms were super clean and equipped with all amenities. Being a small hotel, one felt at home.

Although the location wasn't bad, it required about a 15-minute walk to reach the city center.

False advertisement. We came and picked this place especially for the pool, and when we came it turns out it is closed for all season. Although the weather was nice and they even had the hot tub open the whole time. And we couldn’t cancel because of policy. We were forced to stay with no pool, and this caused problems with family. Even as I’m writing this review, there is a picture of the pool at the very top - completely false and misleading. If there is no pool available, then take down the pictures of the pool!! Also the outside balcony and seating was not clean - had to clean it ourselves and was all black dust.

Noise out of traffic and close nigh club you may need ear plugs. Black out Curtains should be on windows.and a littlle smelly out of bathroom.

Extremely comfortable mattress. Best mattress ever in a hostel. Room and stairway was clean.

In-room common area, couldn't use at night when people sleeping. This was ok for me as I was tired every night, but might not suit everybody.

The location is close to Taksim square. The receptionist was very helpful and kind.

The room was very cold and damp! You could feel that all sheets and clothes are getting cold wet in the room and radiators were off. Over the night the room was heavily lit from street lights, and curtains were not enough to shield the light and even noise from the street.
