The views, the location, the aesthetics of Conrad are spot on... elegant and classy, not overtly opulent and everything was perfect. And there is a sense of occasion as one drives up to the Conrad. Amazing

The location of the hotel is perfect. Very near to the old town. The hotel Staff was very supportive. The receptionist helped a lot in managing stuff like tour planning and taxi service booking.

the location is fair, nearness to everything, istalik mall, taksim bus station taksim square and train station. the staff is friendly and very helpful.

the hotel rooms are very small not so clean and there is no reception. no housekeepers to clean the rooms like in most hotels. some clients were struggling to get in touch with them to sort out accomodation issue.

Not really cause they asked for pay 250lira more for a sea view but was not that good quality also! The balcony is dirty, shower was broken abit, and the location you have to take many stairs to go up also for the room ! Not so convenient after all.
