This was our home away from home in Istanbul. Harun and his awesome crew are such gracious hosts. Kudos to Kemal, Eyup, Omer, Enez, and others that we missed. They made absolutely sure that we had a pleasant stay and supported us in every way possible. Shout out to the kitchen and breakfast staff who were always accommodating to our wants and needs. They may say that this is not a 5-star hotel, but they'll make sure that you will feel as if you're staying in one. This hotel has everything checked. The location is fantastic. Everything seemed to be within a 5 to 10 minute of walk. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Istanbul is so captivating. The food, culture, and history-amazing! The only thing that beats all those are its people! You can find a few of the best in this hotel. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. We would stay here again. This is your hotel.

This is not a dislike. Just so you know, you will hear the ezan and some street noise, esp. If your room is on the lower floor. We stayed in Room 205. We didn't mind this though. It's part of the experience.

My mum stayed at the hotel, she loved the breakfast and the variety of food provided by the hotel staff. She admitted the friendly staff at the hotel, they politely asked her questions and helped her to reschedule the transfer from the hotel to the airport. She loved the transfer back and forth to the airport. So my mum recommends the hotel for those who travel to Istanbul.

Honestly it was a disaster and the photos are a big scam according to the reality 1) the standard room pictures on booking arent the real pictures , at the beginning we chose it according to the pictures then we figured out the it was totally another room it was under ground at -3 level , the smell was awful (kitchen garbage and toilets) and we couldnt resist this so we asked the receptionist if there is an upgrade to a better room (she offered the superior room which was only 62 Euros extra on booking , however she insisted to charge us 210 Euros to give us this room (she knew well that we arent doing free cancellation option so she had the option to play with us) and its the 1st time to face this that the hotel can charge you more than booking , we had no option other than to accept this for a better room 2) the superior room was a little bit acceptable but no even pleasent , the furniture is too too old and its almost broken, the floor wasnt cleaned well from the cleaning team and it had a lot of dust , duvet cover was containing a lot of spots 3) and about the breakfast, this is not a 4 stars breakfast, its like 2 stars only, no varities and the taste is awful, this is besides how the tables were unclean and no waiters are serving in case you needed anything Finally the stuff were weird and not supporting at all, t

Lady that act as manger .. we call for Landry she said will send boy to take clothes Wednesday keep our clothes in Landry bag they came to clean and didnt take the bag When we ask lady in reception why they didnt take clothes She said we dont have Landry But when we call her she said i will send boy to take clothes !! How come I think she is liar or she canot understand english Because many situations we faced with her specially and she liar !! We booked before in joy suite the staff much friendly than her .. otherwise the hotel was clean , new , and have good location
