Excellent location- great views of the sea, turn right or left and walk along the coast - very scenic, Düden park with lower falls only about 40min walk and it’s a beautiful walk! There is another park just before Duden park also. Old town is about an hour walk or take one bus straight there or Uber it. Good restaurants and cafes and supermarkets right outside. Hotel rooms have every amenity, balcony is fantastic and staff awesome.

the place is an oasis of peace and beauty, I recommend it with all confidence, the price is a little bit higher but it is justified. I thank Omut p for the care taken, he is an exemplary employee who helped us and made sure that we have a good time,, was the only one with whom I could communicate in English. Excellent service. They assisted us with the balloon reservation, although ultimately we sorted it out on our own. Additionally, they coordinated transportation to the airport for us. The staff went above and beyond to give more than 100%. The rooms were super clean and equipped with all amenities. Being a small hotel, one felt at home.

Although the location wasn't bad, it required about a 15-minute walk to reach the city center.

Excellent location with only eight recently renovated rooms. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and energetic. The owner even stayed up until 1am to await our arrival (late flight from Kayseri).

Fabulous location, Very nice view and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent, properly very clean and area around is full restaurant and coffee shops.. It was wonderful days.
