The hotel and its staff were truly exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, they even arranged to check me in early and also helped me to check out late which goes a long way especially when you have kids! Thank you Hala and team on this kind gesture. We had an all-inclusive meal selection during our stay at the hotel, The food options would meet every diet's expectation, certain dishes were more tasty than others in my opinon but I always found a combination which would satisfy me at the buffet. The hotel also has other support facilities on-site such as a nurse station, salon, gaming centre, and also tour excursion desk that will also arrange for your airport drop off and pick-up, we were hosted by Elidon for all our logistical purposes, truly a pleasure and gentleman to deal with, overall Highly recommended stay for Antalya!!

I couldn't complain even if I wanted to!! I think this stay was amazing but If I would recommend an improvement I would suggest the Internet connection with the TV's in the hotel rooms. The hotel WiFi was really impressive it reaches as far as to the beach although the hotel rooms had Wifi and Smart TV with access to the apps like Netflix etc, the TV's did not connect to the Internet automatically and was a bit of a nuisance to connect the TV via mobiles internet connection every time

Excellent value for Money and location unbeatable. Staff courteous and professional especially Mr Moeen. Loved the stay. It was comfortable and location was quiet. Easy access to all the landmarks within walking distance.

The location is fantastic, a mere 80m to lively Ístlakl and a 5-minute walk to Taksim Square, yet our room was quiet. It was decently sized, and we got a great deal for it. Free water at the reception.

There was an issue with the room's electronic lock, which they had to have fixed. One could simply and easily force the door open without using a keycard. When we first brought it up with the staff, they tried reassuring us that it was not a huge issue since there's a security camera right in front of our room, a 24-hour reception, and nobody knows that our door can be pushed open. Only after us pushing it did we feel like they made it a priority. When we first got the room, it had not been properly cleaned with some trash laying around and what seemed to be cigarette ash in the toilet. The staff promised to rectify this. However, housekeeping did not come daily, as one would expect, and we occasionally had to ask for fresh towels, toilet paper, and sheets for the sofa bed (which we had requested in advance).
