Excellent service. They assisted us with the balloon reservation, although ultimately we sorted it out on our own. Additionally, they coordinated transportation to the airport for us. The staff went above and beyond to give more than 100%. The rooms were super clean and equipped with all amenities. Being a small hotel, one felt at home.

Although the location wasn't bad, it required about a 15-minute walk to reach the city center.

The cave hotel is very nice and pretty. Its one if a kind experience. All staff members are really helpful and amazing. I would highly recommend to stay there and also explore local activities directly through the staff at hotel. They have some amazing offers as well.

Perfect location in Sultanahmet. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was excellent and had a lot of choices.

Te communication with host is absolutely 0, you must call to a turkish number for having access to the room, no information about wifi password....they don't replay on WhatsApp or on Booking platform.
