The staff were very kind and very supportive. They let us have the room earlier than normal check in time. The room and beds were quite clean. The hotel was quiet at night to have a convenient sleep. We liked breakfast as well with different foods. Also we were quite happy with the location of the hotel in terms of being close to the city center, having easy access to famous attractions and easy transportation across city.

The fridge was very small and some personal stuff like tooth brush & tooth paste were not included or facial wash liquid was not included. No iron we could find in the room. Maybe we could ask the staff but we didn't. There was street noise/ shouting at night but all gone close to 12 am and afterwards

Villa Siesta is a charming hotel on the seashore with a local vibe. The staff was exceptional. Pansher took care of our every need, even when we checked in at 1 am. Breakfast was a feast of cheeses, bread, meat, jam, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and an omelette for each person. It is a refreshing alternative to the hotels near the airport

The hotel doesn't have room service or a dedicated kitchen, we need to order food from outside restaurants, however, the receptionist helped us with nearby restaurants who deliver to the hotel for free.

A shock in the history of my stays during my travels through the Booking program. I doubt the hotel’s rating because the hotel is old and in a very popular area, and the cats wander around in the bedrooms and in the restaurant on the guests’ tables, and with the air temperature, the air conditioning is just devices that are hung on the wall and do not work, and the electricity is constantly cut off in the room and comes back on, and the drains in the shower do not drain the water and the smell of the rooms The closets and bathrooms stink and the sheets are worn out.The Safety Box is a box from the last century.There is no room cleaning service, so you must go and get toilet paper from the reception, which is located on an upper floor with stairs, which the elderly cannot use daily.The hotel’s Wi-Fi does not open the Booking program in particular. I don’t know why!!! The hotel does not deserve to be classified as four stars!!!
