The location of the hotel is great - very close to everything of interest, as well as bus, tram and metro station. We didn't even use them, because most things are within a walkable distance 10-15 min walk. Staff is friendly and helpful, and even helped us park our car. For me and my partner, it was great that the hotel had free parking, so we didn't have to worry about our car during the stay. Breakfast was varied and tasty, with an amazing view. Room service was impeccable and the restaurant was good as well. Cleanliness was 10/10. Best value for money I think we could have gotten in Istanbul.

Prayer could be heard every morning at ~5 AM. Sometimes bathroom had some kind of a sewer smell.

If you are looking to experience the real Istanbul lifestyle, this family owned hotel must be your first choice. All the staff has gone out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Majed and Emir, speaks good English and Arabic went out of his way to introduce me to people around the hotel. After only 3 days I felt as if I was part of the group of friends doing business around the hotel. There are a variety of mini markets close by, some great takeaways and you will be a mere 5 minutes walk away from Taksim Square. Really good value for money and a great experience. I highly recommend

Everything was very good , friendly and cooperative staff, allowed us to check-in before the scheduled time , arranged taxi for us at last moment when we were about to miss our next bus to Izmir Breakfast was very good and best so far for us in Turkey,highly recommend it

Excellent value for Money and location unbeatable. Staff courteous and professional especially Mr Moeen. Loved the stay. It was comfortable and location was quiet. Easy access to all the landmarks within walking distance.
