Excellent service, all our requests were accommodated. We were given room upgrades. The housekeeping staff Sakine was amazing. The bell boy Muhammed is exceptional. Breakfast has a large range with dishes changing daily. We stayed a few weeks and found no complaints.

I stayed in this Hotel for 4 days and everything was perfect, the room was clean, they had all the necessities for shower. The staff was very polite and helpful! They even carried our luggage 🙌 Also transfer was 10/10, I recommend this hotel.

Stuff doesn’t talk English at all. Only managers. Then is very difficult to order something. Hotel Transfer is triple price then normal taxi. We payed for a room with a sea view but no sea view only garden and trees. S.p.A. was cancelling our reservations, not good idea to go there

I didn't like anything about CK Palace.

Cockroaches everywhere, nothing like on the pictures. We didn't stay in even 2 hours when we saw how dirty it is and we payed in advance for 5 nights. CK Palace has some strong connections with Booking and you will never get your money back for such a scam of a place. Looking in wall from window. Rude owner expected us to pay more in start when we came for just getting a room "upgraded" with jacuzzi in the middle of the room which is downgraded in reality by not having space for even 1 person to walk properly because of that jacuzzi in the middle of the sleeping room next to bed.
