- close to the airport - its located next to the big mall - decent rooms - cheap food and drink - friendly staff - transfer staff was on time (i booked round trip transfer from/to the airport)

- the outdoor air conditioning unit is on balcony and is very loud (having trouble to sleep) - balcony doors are not soundproof and you can hear everything from the street - floor hallways are not air conditioned

Lovely staff. Plentiful breakfast. Pools were gorgeous and clean. Great spot for a few days. Staff helped us books tours and great information about the area. Very good value for money

We asked for an extra pillow. We were told it was 100 baht per day for a pillow. It may be just me, but I’ve stayed in allot of hotels over the years, 12 on this holiday alone. And I’ve never been charged for a pillow before!!

Room was dirty. Last guests empty toiletries in bathroom. Used toilet paper on the floor. There is no toilet roll in WC. Double bed looked like it gad been slept in.
