A very beautiful hotel, if you don’t plan to travel far, the beach is 5 minutes away from the hotel. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean. Beautiful view.

Unfortunately, we had to move twice, and the organization was very poor. We spent a lot of energy on the moves and were ready to carry our baggage ourselves because everything was very slow, and we lost half a day and ended up not going anywhere. Also, we had travel pillows; we left them in one of the rooms, but we only noticed it at the airport, and no one called us during the whole period to say that we had left something in the room (in the second of the three). The staff had a very poor level of English, communication was difficult, and many problems arose because of this. Of the three rooms, only one was liked, the others had significant drawbacks. In the Grand Deluxe room, there was a terrible smell in the toilet, and the sink was broken; they fixed the sink, but the smell - not. In the last Deluxe room, there were ants. The very first Deluxe room was lovely; we really wanted to stay there, but it was already occupied, and we were not offered such a room elsewhere, which was a huge minus.

The location is on the center area of Old City, nice access to shops, market, and historic sightseeing spots, breakfast was also delicious with various options.

Upon a family group with our 90-year-old grandmother, it would be more helpful if there is elevator for us to carry our luggage.

The staffs are helpful and friendly. The hotel is located at the backlane away from the main street, which is quieter at night. Room and bathroom are spacious.

The location of the hotel is quite far away from town. Although walking is feasible, but it took us around 20-30 mins to reach CentralWorld under the hot sun. Definitely not a good choice especially when you are travelling with elderly and children. In terms of the interior of the hotel, some refurbishment will help as it looks a bit run down especially the rooms.

The bungalow was very clean. The food tasted good and the location and service were perfect.

I think it would be a good idea to point out that the upper bungalows are unsuitable for people with limited mobility. Due to the construction, some movement is necessary, even when using the toilet. The design is quaint and fun, but only for people who are fit.

1) the room didn’t provided any safe box 2) the house keeping no in the hotel, need wait till 12pm to 1pm just will got the house keeping service 3) house keeping didn’t wash up the toilet properly 4) the door access still use manual ways to enter and key chain so heavy 5) water pressure very low 6) rack of clothes very small didn’t match with the hotel ranking
