Nice clean room on 6th floor with comfortable bed. Balcony was added bonus with great views of the city. Very generous & extensive breakfast- something for every taste in my opinion. Great relaxing experience in the salt cave followed by Finnish sauna- very impressed with "personalised" method of using these facilities ie booking per guest couple, thereby having exclusive use! Overall, excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Room size too small- appeared to be smaller than what we had booked? Failure to properly stock tea/coffee tray- had to get creamer/milk from reception. Disappointed that no maps or tourist information available.

The property was ideally located, and despite being right in the centre of the old town, it didn't get noisy at night. The kitchen facilities were sufficient for our needs, and everything was about what we hoped for. There's a big Tesco supermarket less than ten minutes' walk away, and more cafes and restaurants than you can shake a stick at. Riding up to the flat in the old-fashioned lift was a cool experience!

Two things: first, it got really hot in the evenings, even with the windows open (and having the windows open meant being attacked by mosquitoes). Second, the folding door separating the bathroom from the master bedroom didn't really close properly, which meant a lack of privacy for whoever was in there using the toilet.

We had our team-building event in Terchová and spent a night at this beautiful cabin. It was an incredibly enjoyable stay. The host was exceptionally kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The stunning natural surroundings and breathtaking views from every room added to the magic of the place. There were 9 of us, and we are all deeply grateful for this unforgettable experience. Excellent food. Breakfast really good for the price (can't imagine at all why some respondents say otherwise). Very close to the center square cathedral etc. Staff were always really helpful (in particular the young blond lady).
