I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very clean and while the room was small it was very well played out so it felt bigger than it was. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Location is 10/10 for food, culture and public transport.

So clean. Minimalistic but everything you need.pool. security. Location particularly good. Great area. Walk to river . 2 large shopping malls ,plenty of eating options. And the shower ohh the shower.!!!!! Bliss after a day of flying

Beds are packed in the room, there is literally no space, which applies to the rest of the hostel. Bathroom in the common area wasn’t my cup of tea either.

I recently stayed at Hotel Bencoolen , expecting a fully wheelchair-accessible room as advertised. Unfortunately, the experience was quite frustrating. The room was marketed as suitable for disabled guests, but there was insufficient space to manoeuvre a wheelchair, especially when trying to get to the bed had to drag my wife by the arms to get to bed. The narrow pathways and the overall layout made it nearly impossible to move around comfortably and safely. This lack of proper accessibility is not just an inconvenience; it's a significant oversight that needs immediate attention. For a hotel that promotes itself as accommodating for disabled guests, this is simply unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure all guests, regardless of their physical abilities, can enjoy a comfortable stay.

the room settings and room rate. No power outlet in the toilet. No mirror in the room. The sitting area is small and the furniture is not comfortable. I did not find it comfortable to sit in the sitting area to work. We paid almost SD 1000 a night. I expect a more comfortable place to stay after a day's work.
