Great location, central and not far from the train station. Good transport links with trams etc also. Some staff were very helpful, others felt a little "judgy". I guess I'm not the typical clientele. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Evening meals taken in the restaurant were also very good. Having read other reviews I was worried about tram noise (especially as I was in a room in the front of the hotel) but I slept very well both nights. I would stay again.

Given the size of the hotel and number of stars it would be useful if they offered a laundry service at the weekend also.

We had a great stay at Topaz Apartment in Brasov. The apartment features a very spacious bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, all equipped with modern amenities. We especially enjoyed the nice balcony where we could relax and drink our coffee in the morning. The location is convenient, being just a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive from stores if you need anything. It was also fantastic to have our own parking spot. The easy self-check-in system was very helpful since we arrived a bit late in Brasov.

A little walk from the centre of the city but amazing hotel. Very large, clean and comfortable room. I arrived early morning and wasn't expecting to be able to check in but the room was available. Staff super friendly and helpful, arranged some emergency laundry for me. Great breakfast, excellent Argentinian steakhouse on site. Good price for room quality. I was sad I didn't have longer in Timisoara, lovely city. Would happily return.

Amazing hotel which was the best we had in Romania. Starting from reception guy, who was very polite and friendly, ending with amazing breakfast. Room very nice and new renovated, new air conditioner, big shower, fridge, big enough parking. Highly recommend choosing this hotel while visitting Bran and Peles castles or Brasov.

Great location with full view to the sea, the staff was very helpful and friendly, there is a minimarket just downstairs, restaurants and the beach are really close to the acommodation. The room was clean,the bed was comfortable and the biggest bonus for me was that I could enjoy the sunrise from the terrace.

Very happy with the accommodation. Clean and spacious rooms, good lighting, have all the amenities, including free parking after 18:00. Having trees in front kept the room at a good temperature, which was a nice bonus. We'll book again when we need a place to stay here.

We are not from Bucharest so it was a bit noisier than we are used to, but it was a very small inconvenience.

Brand new apartment, close to the sea! We didnt use the kitchen as we were mostly out, but the apartment looks absolutely brand new and super clean. Elvis was an amazing host & replied super fast to our questions. Definitely a good place to stay in Constanta.

Centrally located but still quiet. Good sized clean room. Comfy bed. Good bathroom. Fair breakfast.The evening meal I had at the hotel was very good. Pleasant staff, took care of my luggage until I was able to return to check in.

Air con had no remote so I couldn't use it but luckily the temperature was comfortable enough. Given the size of the hotel I think it would benefit from being able to offer a laundry service.

Couldn't use the hotel restaurant for dinner as it had been booked out by a bus party. Would not have booked the hotel if I had been informed as it was extremely hot and we had travelled and arrived very early that morning

Mostly everything: 1. No air conditioner even it's stated that it has to be. That central system air conditioner wasn't working at all so inside room temperature was similar to outside. 2. In the shower water was coming so slow that it's hard to understand how in capital city they don't have any pressure for it, just hotel problem. 3. Breakfast worst ever had in any hotels. 4. No fridge in the room 5. Giving 3/10 just because of friendly and helpful hotel stuff, it's not their problem that hotel owners don't care about improving their hotel
