Positive section of review
The hotel met the expectations in terms of availability: it was available during peak season. The breakfast was tasty but could have been more varied, but I understand the theme - a Polish-style hotel with rather typical Polish cuisine - so that's fine. We appreciated that there was parking on the site.
Negative section of review
The hotel is already quite old, the rooms tiny, no fridge, no electric kettle, no hair dryer. For this price those things are must-haves. And I would understand the price for the old beds and sheets if they were somehow decorated in the "old style atmosphere", cosy, etc. But it was just ...old and boring:(

When making the reservation via booking.com, I requested stays which included breakfast as was led to believe that it was included at WIP. However, it turned out that it was not and we were required to pay an addition 60 PLZ as a result for what was a somewhat poor breakfast for the moeny.

The location was located directly adjacent to a gas station which was not evident when we made the booking. The pictures gave the impression it was in a totally green area vs. the somewhat commercial area where it is located.

The location is perfect in the centre. Unfortunately you have a tram directly in the street next to the sleeping chambers. So, be aware you will wale up early in the morning

The shower is useless. It hangs 1,5 meter high and uses a boiler for hot water. So, if you are a family of four you will experience cold water.

Very clean, amazing spa facilities (cold bath, sauna, jacuzzi), good location walking distance to the Main Street and ~12min to the bus station.

We booked on booking a room with a balcony (as in the pictures) and they gave us a room without a balcony.. but a bit bigger. They said it was the same price. We were fine with it, but if you really want the balcony I recommend checking with them that you’ll get the room with balcony. They said it was probably a problem of booking.com with the pictures but we weren’t in the mood to fight. A few more items for the kitchen would’ve been nice (I.e some olive oil or a spatula)

A bit difficult as you are not allowed to drive into the city center at Krakow and finding a parking area was not so easy.
