The bungalow was very nice with all the necessary equipment to have breakfast and meals. The food at the restaurant was very good a reasonable cheap to be in norway! Meat balls are highly recommended. Steen the owner and the chef have been lovely and I felt comfortable and welcome straight away! Really recommended place!

Had a pleasant stay. The hotel has a modern design, and the reception staff were helpful with requests like providing fresh towels. The breakfast buffet was nice with good views. The location is convenient—near the airport bus stop and a 10-minute walk to the city center

While my stay was mostly pleasant, there are some areas that could be improved. Power extension cords would be helpful as some outlets were difficult to access. The room wasn’t cleaned until I reminded the front desk, which should have been done automatically. Room floor beneath dining table had left over crumbs when I checked in. Despite requesting a washing machine months in advance, none was provided, and there was no space to hang clothes after washing. The bed was softer than I would have preferred, impacting comfort. While the damage deposit was mentioned during booking, it felt a bit excessive and gave the impression that the hotel might not fully trust its guests. A more balanced approach could help improve the guest experience

The location is very good, tram and bus stop right in front of the hotel. staff helpful. There is always kettle, glasses, plates, etc. in the lobby.
