Room is exceptional clean. Location really near to my company dinner hotel and near to tourist places. Able to go for a short vacay wit my family. Bed also nice and comfortable, can see that their cleaner is really doing their job well. The receptionist also so friendly. Only to improve is your TV, perhaps in future can have a better channel coverage and could be better if can provide a movie options to watch by using USB or etc. Anyway everything is good and nice to stay here. For sure I will choose this again for my next trip to Melaka.

Rooms are cozy, new and you can watch Netflix and Amazon Prime on TV. Toilets are shared but plenty of space in each cabinet to leave ur clothes and have ur shower. Also has a washing machine and a dryer machine to use after pay a little fee in reception. They provide you the soap so don't be like us and buy them... We have an electric issue in the building one night but nothing you can do about it. So I don't count it as something negative. Overall, a nice place to stay.

There's plenty of young people. Georgetown is a very lively city at night so I had a little disconfort with the washing machines. Cause it it just one per floor, you have to share it and some young guys were not as respectful as they should. But it didn't spoiled my time there.

This is a good hotel to stay in. Looks like newly renovated. The room was large, comfortable and cozy. So was the bed. The air-cond was sufficiently cold. The water pressure was good.

Room was large for the price, there was ample parking behind the hotel, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and check-in and check-out were easy.

Highly recommend for families who are planning to visit Kuala lumpur for shopping stay in this hotel , it's a hotel comes with a huge shopping mall and a theme park. And sabir who was handling our room was such a nice person and helpful person with a great smile always. Very flexible hotel.

Air con did not work so well. We were forced to change rooms. Breakfast was so so. Not a wide variety Swimming pool no pool towels n so hot! Safe not working. No battery

Promised seaview but had no view. 2 bedroom was mentioned but it was only one bedroom and 1 bed was in the living area and we were 2 couples so no privacy. Aircon was very hot. Downstair was a very loud bar and my pregnant wife suffered a lot because of sound. Tried contacting owner many many times but no response at all. Gaurd harassed us for not having access card but owner did not give us any access card.
