The atmosphere and also the surrounding nature and creatures.Its was last minute plan for our anniversary short getaway, and we was excited as this is our 2nd time here, first time was sight-seeing and this time we was about to staycation. We book a normal room and upon check in, we was informed room upgraded and we was so excited about it. The room is spacious and all amenities fully furnish. Staffs before check in and upon check out is so friendly. The breakfast seriously is delicious definitely is worth to have it.

Pool Facility could be better, to be well maintain. To provide clean pool towels. Cons are the lighting was not on at night since our room facing is inner side, which upon check in we had checked with the staff and they mentioned our view facing is internal and they said night the lighting of the village will be on, in the end, no lighting at all, quite disappointed, otherwise we will ask for the view facing forest. Swimming pool is very nice with the nature view, bad is the pool towel provided is dirty, almost all the towels, we had no choice to use. Pool did not well maintain as the chlorine too concentrated and you can felt it so obvious when your feet on the ground of the pool. Pool side toilets both gents and ladies and also sauna did not seem to be maintain at all. Overall if all the cons manage to solve, then everything will be so perfect ❤️

House was very clean, had a washing machine and a fridge as well. Toilet shower was nice and clean. Very quiet environment, perfect for working and resting. Overall really enjoyed my time staying here.

Unfortunately there were issues with the WIFI internet during my first day of stay, and it took a full day for the owner to rectify this. This would not have been an issue because I had roaming internet on my mobile phone, but the cellular signal is so bad in this unit that my roaming was completely useless. I tried changing to multiple different network providers: Digi, Celcom, etc... they all resulted in a signal strength of just 1 bar. Totally unusable. Very frustrating on an otherwise wonderful and clean unit.

Toilet dirty, carpet musky, Bath towel has turned light grey from the original white. Requested to get the room cleaned again but nothing was done after a few hours. No hand and face towel given for standard room it seems. Very unusual for this hotel chain.

There were no English speaking person for guiding. The room has one ac in the lobby, the bed room does not have ac or even fan. I need to spend restless night. I am not sure why this property is rated under 4 start catagory.
