Location, was great for me, I liked the position of the shed, as it was away from the pool and the main house so was quiet and a little secluded, it was basic and the fridge was small, its cheap.

My bed linen wasn't fresh but it looked like it was so the first night i spent wondering if it was me or was the smell of body sweat coming from the bed, and it was, i did raise a complaint and they changed it as soon as they could and all was fine for the following nights, how ever there was no interaction from the hosts or follow up to see how things were, no house cleaning as it was a type of bungalow effect.

Although the hotel was a little old, it was very good in terms of ambience and facilities. The breakfast was not upto our expectations but the rooms were very comfortable.

Location ,spacious room & very polite and friendly staff.

Toilet dirty, carpet musky, Bath towel has turned light grey from the original white. Requested to get the room cleaned again but nothing was done after a few hours. No hand and face towel given for standard room it seems. Very unusual for this hotel chain.

The host. Check out time at 11am. No drinking water. Only 2 towels. Sharp 8am construction work and piling machine horrible noise

There were no English speaking person for guiding. The room has one ac in the lobby, the bed room does not have ac or even fan. I need to spend restless night. I am not sure why this property is rated under 4 start catagory.
