Newly refurbished after taking over from the previous brand, so everything is new, clean and tastefully designed. Great location with lots of local F&B within walking distance and also connected to Gurney Walk which has several restaurants and a 24hrs convenient shop. It has a great view of Gurney Park and sea. Finally, very friendly staff that makes you feel welcome and comfortable.

It was a very well organized place with a clean unit. Facilities provided such as hot pool, infinity swimming pool, and sauna were accessible for visitors and systemic manner. Overall, it was a good escape and relaxing area. For a side note, only 2 pax allowed to access the swimming pool when you're visitors. Proper swimming attire is required.

Breakfast was amazing. Each morning Howie picked up a selection of dishes from local stalls for us to try. They were all delicious, and gave us the confidence to try more adventurous foods when eating out in Penang. This was in addition to the toast and cereal already provided.

- Staff reception was below average - Request to pay cash several times on wassap before arrival makes you feel very uncomfortable for a place you choose to book from booking.com with a 7.9 rating - The place did not have formal a reception - Cleanliness was not acceptable - The booking.com website is not clear about the fact that you have to pay for both Gym and Pool - Their is too much on going maintenance, it looks like and it is unfinished in many aspect
