Room was large for the price, there was ample parking behind the hotel, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and check-in and check-out were easy.

My children liked the swimming pool. We liked it because of the shopping mall with lots of entries.

Had to pay extra for children's breakfast. They are simple eaters. We were not charged for children's breakfast in our previous hotel of stay in Malacca.

The landlord is only worried about the money that the customer has to pay her/him, but he/she does not focus on fulfilling the cu stomer's needs. We arrived at homestay and nobody did not explain nothing at all. The pool was under maintenance and there is no fridge in the room. We travelled with our baby (16 months). The bathroom was dirty.
