There was no breakfast in Hotel AlAmin, KulaLumpur. Why? There should be breakfast . Room service is not much satisfactory. I had to ask desk to give my drinking water.

Check in was in the underground carpark then once you`ve checked in there is no more human contact with staff as there is no front desk to ask about directions or how to book a taxi or tours or anything basically

The sound insulation is very poor, the aircraft is very loud, and people who sleep slightly lighter are not suitable.
