Good and friendly staff, especially reception and restaurant. Nice good, could be better with less portion but more presentable. Pool is the best attraction we spent whole day on sun loungers. Recommended for short stay or weekend couple or family escapes. We were tempted to book for Koh Lipe boat and tours but not enough time. Will come next time just to add this program.

The staff is all very friendly and attentive, once we've arrived they upgraded our room with a sea view and everything felt comfortable and very clean. There's a swimming pool, yoga room, gym. Generally the decor feels a bit outdated but still is kep extremely clean and well maintained. The position i also think is pretty good, there are few restaurant nearby

the only thing that i would have liked is the fact that it was not possible to open the window, and I would have loved to let some air enter the room to dry some clothes as well, especially considered that on the island it get extremely humid

The swimming area was very good for kids, and the location is strategic and near good food.

1. TV / wifi was laggy. Was not able to watch anything on the tv. 2. Good to have a spare multiplug in the unit as the tv area had only 1 plug point. Could not set up our Nintendo switch. 3. Good to have some rubbish bags so that we can clear the rubbish from the room daily.

When we entered after checked in, floor infront of the kitchen was a bit flooded becos of leakage from the water dispenser. When dispenser was fixed, the hot water was just slightly warm only. So we requested for a kettle to use. Used once in the night. The next morning we used kettle 2nd time and whole kitchen area electrical equipment was off- power tripped!! Had the maintenance ppl came to fix it. The hair dryer in one room could be used one night but 2nd night was out/not working. Told the reception in the morning one day but it was not fixed when we came back at night. The following day we told the reception again during checking out!!
