We arranged for one of the hotel's drivers to take us from Ulaanbaatar city out to the hotel. As a group of 4 this represented pretty decent value for money. All of the staff were incredibly helpful, kind and polite. Only a few members of staff did not speak English and they still made every effort to be helpful. We asked to reschedule a trip to Turtle rock/Aryapala temple and the receptionist was very obliging in arranging for a different time. Gym and pool are beautiful and overlooking the river. A few members of our party went for massages and had nothing but positives to say. Great breakfast, it is not a buffet but is tailored to your order. The concierge recommended a brilliant hiking route starting immediately from the front door of the Hotel. Would highly recommend if you feel like a few nights of luxury in the Mongolian countryside.

Seriously nothing , I visited 130 countries, this was the worst experience for last 12 years.

1) no any internet (was advertised) 2) was living by fact in the shared kitchen instead of advertised private room, zero privacy, a woman lived in a private room in the same apartment and I was in the kitchen(on photo is bunk two levels bed is in the kitchen) where she visited in any time 3) owner is not met me , not gave keys and door code, no any entry service, I need to find neighbours and they called to owner (I gave number from booking.com) and have got key only after a lot of lost time , when took money for rent, the owner not gave change, said will give on next day, but not gave at all. 4) almost no facilities, hard bed, no towels no toilet paper, nothing, now air conditioning, no heating no normal blanket, no table, no normal chair (only one with 3 legs) no TV. 5) no any breakfast ,which I thought will be included (was advertised) 6) woman who is shared apartment Mongolian she could leave a severed head of a calf on the kitchen table in an open pan and go away for the whole day, I discovered when I was shocked as a vegetarian (it stank and plus the picture was not pleasant) (check attached photos, sorry for it, but Iust to show what can expect new tenants) 7) the apartment stinks, as I lived in the kitchen, it constantly stank of rotting meat that lay and stank in the kitchen, there was no refrigerator and there was only a freezer, when the Mongolian defrosted the meat herself while walking somewhere, it stank and the whole kitchen-bedroom stank, slept with opened windows.
