I stayed in 2 rooms. First room was like a small apartment. 2nd room was at the beginning of my tour and smaller. This room could have done with some work in the bathroom (toilet and soap holder). Comfortable beds. Internet was superb but TV in 1st room had code issues. Even reception staff couldn't solve it in the bedroom. Breakfast was lovely. May be a bit late in starting on my 4th day there

We communicate in here with a massage, really flexible. Send for me the airport transfer its good one. Normal apartment flat prepared to hostel. Nice and comfortable. Shared kitchen have everything what need to cook. Bathroom is nice. The beds decoration it's really special. Bed is comfortable. Locker with key can use free and free towel. Close have a shops and restaurants and the city center.

In a shower don't have a hot water. Someone eat my food from the fridge.

We are two couples and stayed two nights in 2024. Very warm hospitality, impeccable service, spacious shared showers with instant hot water flow, comfortable beds, very clean restrooms in the hallway, delightful homemade cooking. Paul (Belgium)

i liked that our room had a balcony to the backyard, staff was extremely nice and helpful. from the outside it looks really run down and shady (we almost wanted to run when the taxi stopped there) but its surprisingly nice insides

the building is next to a strip club and has no elevator, be prepared to haul your luggage minimum two floors (reception) and up to five floors. the beds are hard.

Buffet breakfast, all the meals on the menu, rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I prefer to stay at Ibis over Blue Sky or Tuushan for value for money when I'm in Ulaanbaatar.
