The Camp Is absolutely fantastic, the tend was very spacious and had all the comforts and even more than expected, very good shower and water power! Staff was super friendly, they make it super cosy also with music around the fire at night and the drive to the camp was an extra cool experience, these guys know how to drive on the dunes! Position is also amazing because it is really in between the dunes and that makes the experience really full

I actually liked everything about this place, I order my breakfast couple of times and a chicken tajine one time and it was delicious! If I will come to Marrakesh one more time in the future definitely I will come to this hotel one more time! Receptionist Driss is a very good and opened guy. He was willing to help me every time I needed any help we need more people like him! 😁

The view is amazing, the location is great, there is all kind of cafés and restaurants (even my favourite resto is 5 min away by feet). There is a parking lot which was very practical. It is a very safe neighbourhood and the security guards from the building are really nice. The kitchen is very well equipped. M y kids fell just like at home and they are asking to go back!

Great location close to main train station, airport, but still central to a lot of important locations. The hotel smelt very nice although certain areas do need updating/modernising. Very friendly staff and a special thanks to Radouane who was very helpful and attentive, Hamza by the pool, and Zenib for being a lovely waitress.

I wouldn’t recommend booking the excursions with the hotel. We booked an Agafy Desert excursion through the hotel that wasn’t worth the money we paid for it. It was a lovely experience but definitely overpriced for what it offered and compared to others we’d seen. We came away feeling like we’d been tricked. Find somewhere else that offers excursions and check out all the reviews and pictures to manage expectations.

Staff were amazing, really helpful with lots of great recommendations. The room was clean and nicely decorated, with plenty of storage space and all the amenities we needed (safety deposit box, hairdryer, extra pillows). In a great location: a short walk from the souks, town square, taxi rank.
