The host gave really good check-in instructions and was easy to communicate with, and very responsive. It was in a great location (very close to the airport), and there was a free shuttle service too.

The bathroom was extremely dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time; there was mold in the shower. The apartment next door was also very noisy at night (although the host was very responsive to our message about this). The tap in the kitchenette was very loose and needed repairing. The accommodation generally needed a decent clean and some general maintenance.

Great sized and very comfortable room. Full sized toiletries in the bathroom. Multiple charging plug was provided. Beautiful view from my room. Very close to subway station.

Great location nearby the metro and convince store, the rooms are spacious and comfortable beds. The staff are polite and welcoming.

Great view over the beachfront and sea. Great location near night market.

Towels provided were very tiny, smaller than a bathmat. No bathroom products were provided . Rooms not cleaned properly. Rubbish bags from the entire floor left stinking next to elevator the whole morning. Not properly signposted at street level. Hotel only starts from 5 th floor, and not easy to find. They couldn’t book us an airport taxi.

The room is not sound isolated at all so it’s very noisy. There were no staff present and the building was being renovated when we arrived. People were loading things into the elevator between 2am and 4am which was very loud in the room. The room is dirty and not well maintained
