The host of this establishment, super friendly and showed us great hospitality. The property was really clean, warm and comfortable and I slept so well at this place. Breakfast was great, home cooked food and it was a great shame we only stayed for one night. Wished we had more time to explore Karakol and got to know this area better. Nevertheless, the host gave me a great feeling of Kyrgyzstan's hospitality. Thank you.

I couldn't recommend it more! I loved everything about this place. Staff were so friendly and helpful, they gave their best to give advice on what to see around Bishkek and what to visit. There is a really cozy garden in front of the hotel where you can have rest. The rooms are extremely clean with comfortable beds and all the needed amenities. Would definitely stay again!

The two pools, one specifically for children, were awesome. Many lounge chairs, benches, places to relax in a beautiful garden. Very friendly staff, super helpful, fun atmosphere. My kids loved the big playground structure.

It was a little farther to the beach than other hotels in town, but we liked how close it was to the main drag. Rooms were cozy but comfortable.

Very modern and clean, good space in the rooms and plush towels provided. Service staff (Katrina) was very helpful, patient and understanding towards our needs. She speaks good English too.

Two elevators work independently, so getting a lift takes time. I could not shut the door, and the bed in my room was opposite the entrance, so the light from the corridor shone right through a gap right into my face while I slept. It is not a big deal when you are tired, but I believe relocating the bed will be more convenient.
