The staff is very welcoming and helpful with a lot of things. They're amazing. What surprised me is how good the restaurant was. The food was amazingly good. Regarding the private rooms where I stayed, they're spacious and clean.

I booked on the same day and got an upgrade to a huge apartment. I really like the location-it's close to Osh market, half an hour walk to the bus station. Located in the very nice surroundings.

it did not accept visa card and i have to pay in cash. Reception was not friendly. she did not help us to find our room.

This hotel exchanged my cash for paying hotel costs at an unfair exchange rate. The breakfast was limited. They put some items on a plate and gave guests to eat. My family has 3 people and they only gave me 2 breakfasts!

The room size is decent with AC which is a must in the summer. Wifi is decent. Stafff is friendly.

The toilet and shower areas are quite small and not always kept clean. Toilet paper always runs out. The dining area is not kept clean as I've seen dirty dishes in the sink quite often. The noise also is not monitored even though they have a rule for people to keep quiet after 10pm. It seems the place is not just for tourists - but also long term stays - seemingly students(?). looking for a cheap stay so it can get loud, crowded and messy.

Staff selling a double private room for a discount price but when you arrive they want to put you in a dorm to share with other people. When you do get the room you booked they will try to get extra money afterwards by claiming you didn't pay. This hotel is a scam, please go somewhere else to avoid trouble. I also saw another customer where they tried to add an extra digit in the amount he had to pay (i.e. 10x much).
