Great location, good onsen, wide and clean room Great location near convenience store, expressway exit, Echigo Yuzawa station and other Yuzawa sights. We stayed during Golden Week, and the hotel still had a lot of guests. English laminated instructions were provided, and payment by credit card was available. They also had microwaves near front desk, drink vending machine and refrigerator near elevator. Lawson (convenience store) was walking distance down the road.

The location is great, very close to Tokyo station. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Good onsen and breakfast. The room was spacious, and the bed was huge. Pillows menu. Free drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, at evenings served free of charge.

The room itself is a bit dated. The floor in the breakfast area is sticky most of the time, especially in the beverages machine area. No fogless mirror in the bathroom.

The ability to walk out immediately in the airport to terminal 3 was amazing (elevators to other terminals). Breakfeast was lavish. Very quiet even though it is in the airport. Rooms are small but comfortable.
