Great property, great location that was easy to get to and right next to Senso-ji temple. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The room was clean and convenient and not too small. The rooftop was actually amazing and I am not sure why they don’t advertise it more as a selling point. Being able to see all of Asakusa from there including many landmarks like Senso-ji temple and the Tokyo Sky Tree on our first night in the city was such a great way to start the trip.

It would have been nice to have a bottle of water provided in the room but not a big deal since there is many convience stores and vending machines near by.

The location is great, close to Namba and center of the city, which makes it easy to travel to the airport. Surrounded by many good restaurants and shopping malls & areas. In fact, the building is connected to Takashimaya. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and clean. I had good sleep. I will come back to this hotel for future trips.

Better than I expected! Clean, comfortable, easy to find, close to transport and major attractions. I ended up extending for another day. Staff are polite and accommodating. Would stay again ☺️

Perfect hotel for a business visit in Kashiwa-no-ha (e.g., for visiting the University of Tokyo campus). Location close to the station is very convenient, and the onsen is very pleasant!

The view of the tower and the park and the city was amazing . The room was spacious with a sliding glass door to a little balcony with fresh air.

Different from all other properties.

Room amenities could be better. Such as bottled water, coffee not just tea. Carpet needed shampooing. Free shuttle bus is nice in the morning schedule except no other offering until 7pm until midnight or so. So you’ll need to find other means of transportation to the hotel.
