Everything about the property was good. My kids and I had a great time. The beds were super comfortable, the host leon and Miss Gwen, they were super professional. They checked on us, making sure everything was ok. I would definitely recommend this property. I'm definitely looking forward to booking again.

everything We advised the hotel that we would be arriving between 3 and 4. On arrived on site at 4;00. we was met by security asking for our reservation, we show him the reservation booking - he asked for our room number advised that we did not have one. He did not know anything about our booking. He didn not asked for ID but told us to walk down to reception area but there was no one there to meet us. we waited around for some time but no one arrived. we decided walk around and we observe the facility poorly maintained and in disrepair. after a considerable time waiting, we walked towards the restaurant meet a lady who did not know anything about our reservation, she said that the person we need to speak is not working today - after considerable time she came back and told that she had found our reservation - she then proceeded to serve another customer who arrived sometime after us. Thereafter she show us food menu and said we could order food. we advised that we would like to check in first - we asked her if the room had been cleaned she said yes. she then asked us to $260.00, We advised that we had already paid she we had not. we advised that we would like to see the room first as were not happy with the general appearance of the place. she then proceeded to walk us to our accommodation, as we peruse the area, we saw further evidence of poorly maintained and dirty establishment. On arrival at property - she was unable to gain access, she advised that the property appeared to locked from inside and that someone was using it. Considering she had told that the property had been cleaned, we can only assumed that this was a lie. she did not offer any alternatively or any other option. We advised that we were disappointed from the inception of arrival from lack of customer service, general lacking organisation and the poorly maintained property. that we would not be staying here. she gave us number to called there was no answer
