Suite was spacious.....clean.....shower didn't have the rainfall shower head I saw🙂 but it had great water pressure and jus as good shower head.....bed big and comfy....host very responsive and takes care of requests or issues in a timely manner......self check-in was fast and easy......pool at my doorstep.....overall a very good experience and very glad I chose that space for my trip❤️🤟

Nice clean room and the staff was very helpful and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile. When the manager found out I'm allowed to bring fruits back to the UK, I was given a gift of some mangoes to take home. Breakfast was lovely and the freshly made juice was exceptional.

My only complaint would be the lack of bedside lamps or some way of switching on the overhead light before getting out of bed. Something to note: the room I stayed in also didn't have sockets close to the bed, just in case anyone wants to charge their phone/tablet while using it in bed. This is not a complaint, but a nice to have.

Well the place was clean although the bed was too small hence this somewhat affected my sleep. The food was very nice however there were times when there wasn’t enough and on top of that there were no plates at the stations.

The property is fairly small but not withstanding the orientation of the buildings are very well done and this complemented by landscaping layout which is very nice.

The room location, buffet and Italian restaurant were excellent, so was the majority of staff, particularly Tishoy who cleaned our room andTyra on reception who always had a lovely smile and helped with a few issues we had.

There was a lot of building noise next door when we arrived and for a few days after, but the manager sorted things out to our satisfaction. Although the vast majority of staff were excellent, the one area that let things down were a number of the bar staff ( not all) , who if you didn’t tip every time you went to the bar were not clearly not happy and made you feel uncomfortable, and didn’t even communicate with you. If Iberostar were to sort these individuals out, it would make a big difference to the enjoyment of the holiday. It got to the point where I hated going to the bar.

Unfortunately there isn't anything positive I can really say. However this hotel has alot it needs to improve. The rooms are very run diwn and broken. The food is awful and the same everyday. Anyone thinking if visiting this hotel I would think twice before booking. This review as of June 2024.
