I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel 39, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, modern, and spacious, with every amenity I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like the complimentary bottled water and high-quality toiletries. The view from my room was breathtaking, and it was clear that the hotel took great care in designing a relaxing and stylish environment.

Meals are pricey, nightly rate was a little expensive without included breakfast and no comforters on the beds. Some music in the nighttime and the bar needs to open later.

Breakfast was great. The food in general was great. However, the cost could have been better. It’s a bit pricey and portion sizes are small.

Centrally located, clean and comfortable accommodation. The staff are professional, friendly and very accommodating. We had to do an impromptu trip to Montego Bay. Hotel 39 accommodated us after midnight and allowed us to checkout at 4pm. It was a pleasant stay. We would definitely stay again.

Although was good stay, seemed like still a work in progress. Wasn’t fond of the shower design. Seems it needed either a couple inch wall on the floor and/or a longer strip to keep the water from going over from shower area. Also glass to extend further would probably help.

Good location and friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was included and delicious. Room was nice and spacious. Nice setup with a mini fridge.

Pool was a bit far and wish there were more food and drink options, more availability of water. Also it was very loud facing the hip strip but totally get that this is the norm.

The restaurant and bar was very pretty !!! However we didn’t enjoyed it because it was closed .. Restaurant was only opened for breakfast

Could tell it was a new hotel and not quite organized. Wish there had been an ice machine or vending machine to get a drink. Controls in the room to get ac and other power to properly work were confusing initially, but eventually figured it out. Was super hot in room when we got checked in, and by the time we figured out how to get the room cooler we were informed they put us I. The wrong room and we needed to move to a new room. End of the day not a big deal, as we were informed after booking that they were just getting started, but would have expected lower price for the state of things. DONT GET ME WRONG… this place has great potential and will be an AMAZING stay as they continue to finish up the misc projects they are wrapping up.

Poor breakfast selection.

The hotel is new and located in the strip road in front of the sea. It needs more attention to details, the safe box didn't work and a bad smell was coming out from the bathroom. Breakfast is served in a nearby hotel. For 250 usd a night you would expect a better value for money.

From the moment we checked in until our departure, everything about our stay at Hotel 39 in Montego Bay was exceptional. I was warmly greeted by the lovely Brittany, whose excellent customer service, kindness, and beautiful smile made every interaction a pleasure. Nevada was also a shining star, consistently going above and beyond to ensure out stay was comfortable. His commitment to service was truly remarkable. I would like to recognize these two outstanding individuals for their dedication and exceptional work. Kudos to the management for having such a fantastic team—I can't wait to return!

The was a BAD!! Sewage scents coming from the bathroom into the bedroom, it was disturbing. Spoken to the desk, they send some up they try to clean it but makes no difference. We checked out the next day.

The room wasn't ready arrived even though we were 30 late checking in. The TV wouldn't work half the time. There was no airflow in the hallway it felt like we had stepped into a furnace every time we left the room. A light blanket would have been nice to have. I had to use a bath towel to cover my feet when I went to bed because the AC blew on my feet all night. I think the cost was too much for the accommodations. Also the location of the pool was inaccessible for me and family members, there were too many steps to climb to get to it. That was disappointing since we were hoping to spend some time relaxing in the pool.

The food was good and the wait stall were friendly and professional. It was easy to get into town as well as getting to the airport.
