Positive section of review
The warmest of welcomes from the lovely Frau Henezi. We managed to communicate in German which was fine. Guest House a few minutes easy walk in safe surroundings from train station. The nearest beach area is just 2 minutes walk away with a lovely restaurant there open all day and evening. Very nice homely breakfast provided and we particularly appreciated the special provision of non dairy items. It was raining when we left and Frau Henezi kindly took us to the bus station in her car which was above the call of duty! In addition was quite happy the next day to drive 90 minutes to Balatonfured as we had left behind some earrings but we persuaded her this was not necessary --could be posted to us. In summary, a very nice 3 days despite the rain and a very pleasant change from the usual hotels. Nealy forgot to mention the nice outside terrassed areas and sunbeds.

Room was a touch small and therefore overall perhaps a little expensive compared to other places we stayed.

Lovely hotel. They appear to have thought of everything. Excellent breakfast with allergens indicated. Very pleasant staff on reception. We were given early access to the spa area on the roof which we were very grateful for having travelled overnight on the train so we could have a shower. Water fountain for refilling bottles was very useful in the hot weather. Very convenient ( 10 mins walk) from railway station and metro station also convenient. Note if you are over 65 travel on the metro is free!!

It is about 20 mins walk from the river which some may find too far but wasn't a problem for us.

The hosts are very friendly and communicate well. They give numbers to contact if any issues- we did not need to contact them during our stay. The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring the city and felt very safe. There are shops nearby to grab food. The apartment itself is very spacious and was very well equipped.

The beds were very creaky. There are a lot of stairs to reach the apartment and the lift was not always working.

Location was excellent. Very centrally located and great connection to public transport. Breakfast was reasonable. Nothing special, but neither was it bad. Still, amongst an otherwise absolutely great experience the only average aspect about the hotel.

Nothing I did not like. As mentioned, relative to all other services provided, the breakfast buffet was only average, but this is still good enough to not count as a negative.

This "hotel" has a great location, low prices, including good breakfast. Bathroom was spacious and the view from the top is really nice. Unfortunately the positive things end here though...

The room we got was on the 5th floor, end of August very hot days, there were no shades on the windows so it was boiling hot (there is no wall air-conditioning only a small but very noisy standing air-con which doesn't really makes a difference when the sun is burning all afternoon). The room wasn't quite clean, ants, dust and a little rusty fridge... It was ok for one night because the price was low, but if you have to stay for more, maybe you would like to consider other hotels.

The hotel is very conveniently situated near the main train station and a metro station. The room was well-furnished. The small compliment is the room was a nice touch and most appreciated.

The hotel is situated on a very busy street, and the noise is intolerable. It was next to impossible to sleep at night with all the ambulances and car noise outside, even though we were on the seventh floor and the windows were closed all the time. The staff were also very cold and unfriendly. We were on a honeymoon and asked for romantic recommendations, we were only offered one super expensive activity, while not even getting a simple "Congratulations ".

Shame the receptionist didnt offer me free breakfast and upgrade even though he knew i am vip member of RadissonHotels. And he asked if we want separate 2 beds and i said Yes and he gave Us one bed together anyways
