Very clean. Comfy bed. Good positioning of sockets and usb points. Room quiet. Noon checkout. Staff exceptionally nice.

Air conditioning could have been better. After maintenance it improved but my sister and brother in law’s room next door remained far too warm.

- Amazing location right in the centre - Excellent A/C - Nice comfortable couch, decent TV and good kitchen area

- Parking is a disaster. You have to somehow find parking in the center (if any is available), run up to the apartment, collect the key in the lockbox.....to gain access to the parking lot. Very little thought has gone into this process by the owner. - There is no elevator on the ground floor. With suitcases, it is a tough climb. - There is a lot of construction work going on in the apartment next door, and the drilling, banging, sawing, etc. is very very loud early morning. Do not stay here if you want to wake up after 8am.

The room is fairly cold at night, I woke up with a sore throat. And also no kettle :(, the place is also a little bit far from the train station

needs improvement in terms of cleanliness. there's a lash/ hair on the bed (upon checking in). Shower isn't clean as well. Aircon not working well. Breakfast is okay
