Clean, well equipped and nice apartment with amazing terrace view. The location is really great and close to the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets… Frano was an exceptional host, he was very helpful and friendly. He welcomed us and showed us the top places to visit in Dubrovnik. Thank you Frano for everything! You made our stay and my birthday really memorable 😊

It was very close to the port and the main areas of the town but located just in the lane behind the main road, which made it a quiet apartment. It is functional and has all the basic things you need, including a washing machine. I was given the apartment with two bedrooms and a large lacing.

My bed probably had bed bugs. Was completely bitten after the first night. Tried to look for the bedbugs but could not find them. Called the owner to inform him. He denied that any bedbugs could have been there, which maybe the case, but did not even look for them or ask someone else to look for them. I slept in the second bedroom for the other two nights. The rest of the stay was fine but the I was completely full of bites and I found the complete disregard of the possibility of bedbugs and proving any help in solving the problem quite inconsiderate. The photos of the apartments are also confusing as there seem to be more apartments, which was a bit unclear from the booking site.

Beautiful new and clean apartment perfectly located. Loved our stay here. Host was extremely helpful and arranged a pick up for us from the port. Our driver, Goran was delightful and also drove us to Stiniva the next day. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Second bedroom did not have aircon so it would have been nice if there was a fan. We chose the cheaper top floor apartment which had low angled roof, I think the lower apartments would be a better option.

Location was fabulous. Right in the middle of the beautiful town of Skradin and within walking distance of the boat entrance to Krka National Park. Excellent Restaurant. Waiters friendly and efficient. Food very good. Shaded Parking

We were in the appartments which were nice and comfortable but involved steep steps to access. No porter service. No lift available that part of hotel.

Great apartment - very spacious, well-stocked kitchen, nice bbq area and the outside balcony is very nice. Good location, about 30 minutes from the old town by walk or less than 10 minutes by taxi. Had a great stay!

Stunning views from the hotel. Very comfy bed, very close to places to eat, shops, walks etc. Made gluten free options for breakfast/ snacks especially when I told them I was gluten free.

The host was helpful, and the apartment was clean. Everything you need was in place. But you need to be aware, if you are walking from the port side, it's a long stairs to climb up.
