love the vintage decoration and clean environment, great location in downtown with accessibility of everything, facilities work well and i love the idea of the pure water machine on each floor so that we can refill the bottles instead of getting bottled water! last but definitely not the least, the buffet breakfast was so so nice! not many hotels in hk would offer this, definitely a bonus!

Very modern and well-designed hotel. The room had washing machine, kettle, fridge, TV set showing airport departures/arrivals, all very thought out. Nice panoramic window. Convenient lounge area to eat or relax. Great location, the transport hub to all main attractions.

You could provide 1 or 2 capsules for the washing machine (may be for an extra pay). Coffee machine at the lounge would be great! Unexpected deposit required (nothing about the deposit in the booking description).

Modern, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel was excellent. Added to that the free full breakfast next morning was the icing on the cake.

For some reason, my wife and I had a room with twin beds although I seem to remember asking for a double bed. Also, it would have been nice to be offered a room on a higher floor to enjoy the views.
